• The friendliness and welcome of the front desk reception was fantastic!
• As I was trying to fall asleep, there was a lot of noise in the hallway.

“Though this hotel was farther from the airport than I realized, the complimentary shuttle service was prompt and the driver friendly. Once at the hotel, I was welcomed warmly with the front desk staff genuinely interested in me and my travels. The size of the bath tub made me wish I'd arrived earlier in the day to have time to have a long soak. The bed was very comfortable.”

• Check in staff was the best ever.

“This hotel was great. The guy at the front test printed my boarding passes for me, and he was so efficient he did it in a few seconds. I got the best service ever. He also got us muffins in the morning, as we left before the breakfast buffet at 6 am.”

• Convenient to freeway.
• Outside wasn't very clean. Lots of butts and trash.

• Close to the airport.
• The coffee maker was not cleaned from last guest stay.

“This is a nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. It's very close to the airport. But you don't hear much noise for the airplanes. Easy commute, especially for early departures or late arrivals.”

• The room was comfortable and relaxing.
• I needed to remove hair, not mine from the bath tub to take a bath.

“The desk clerk was nice and helpful, the room was accommodating and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant and bar service was available as well as room service.”

• Hotel shuttle (sky shuttle) was an unmarked vehicle.

“Very clean, convenient to amenities and airport, very nice complimentary breakfast. Staff were very friendly and efficient.”
