“When we checked in for a 3 day seminar, we clearly said that we had a prepaid reservation via expedia.ca. The lady at the front desk never said otherwise. And this created a problem that could have been prevented. They had actually never received our reservation. When we made the reservation we booked at the Thompson hotel and conference centre in kalmias. Because of the Name being so close and the place being in kalmias, we honestly thought that we made the reservation at the same place as where the seminar took place. Lacking chance that day, we had also forgotten our reservation number. ”
