• Location.
• Poor customer service and incorrect charging.

“Poor quality bedding and towels and fittings compared to other budget hotels in area. Staff did not apologizes when I complained at being charged a different rate to the one on my booking and were most ungracious in correcting it - even suggested that I paid the whole amount and it would then be sorted out 'when the supervisor came in at 3pm' - I don't think so! No free breakfast and no movies to purchase.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful and great food at the restaurant.
• There are no movies available to buy on the TV, it is only cable.

“Very Nice Hotel. No noise from the other rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one that I know traveling to Halifax.”
