• Comfy beds.
• Bed bugs in the comfy beds.

“We had bed bugs in our bed and the staff did not apologize or seem surprised, or concerned. At checkout they didn't ask how the stay was, if the new room was any better (we obviously switched rooms) or apologize at that time. The shower curtain was also stained, which is gross when you want to be clean!”

• The staff at the desk and the shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and helpful.
• It isn't convenient to downtown without a car and there isn't a restaurant.

“The hotel was very nice. The desk staff was great. We didn't have a car and there isn't a restaurant there so the hotel shuttle took us to a nearby mall for a restaurant and movie.”
