• Nice rooms, outside inviting and convenient for my needs on this trip.
• Had to wait for a breakfast buffet.

• Shuttle to airport on door steps. Good food.
• Old bathroom fixtures. Beds were not comfortable.

• Room is nice and clean. Staff is quite accommodating. Parking area is large. Location is challenging. GPS really helped locating it.
• Location is challenging. The bar was not clean and service was poor.

“Some improvement in the bar would be nice. Everything else is fine.”

• Room was very old and dirty.

“The first room was by far one of the dirtiest and oldest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The furniture was very old, the hall smelled of cigarette smoke (even though it was supposed to be non-smoking), the room was dingy. It was certainly not worthy of the Hilton name. I decided not to complain because I was only staying one night. However, after coming back from dinner, we noticed bugs crawling on the walls and under the bed. I complained to the front desk and had a new room, with an upgrade. Fortunately, the new room was clean and renovated.”

• Great pool! Excellent timely airport shuttle service.
• Restaurant menus did not have very good/interesting choices.

• The staffs are friendly.
• No service is free.

“The overall of this hotel is fine. However, they charged for every service. The hotel locates near the airport, and they charge for parking with $15 a day? I can understand if that happens on hotels in Downtown area.”

• The location close to the Doral airport was excellent.
• I requested a king/queen size bed, and I got double beds; the room smelled like a smoking room; and the distance of the room from the elevator was far.

“My spouse and I joked that we stayed at the holiday inn express in Toronto and it was much nicer than the Hilton, which we expected to be much fancier because of the brand. I was disappointed about the bed and the smoke smell, but the water pressure in the shower was great and you could hardly hear the noise from the airport. I would stay there again only if it were free!”

• The shear curtain form a wind barrier blocking any uncomfortable direct flow of air to the bed - excellent design.
• Much below what one expects from a Hilton.

“Unless you are planning to do business around the airport. The quality, location and price of the hotel are not commentated for anyone else.”

• Front desk staffs were friendly, competent, and efficient.
• Housekeeping had not thoroughly cleaned room.

“A very late check-in meant that I had little patience for the front desk staff. They worked efficiently to check me in smoothly. I was very pleasantly surprised by the decor of the room. It was pleasing. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet.”

“It's in the renovating, so strong toxic smell prevails the room. In addition, expensive parking fee $24/day (tax include), and expensive internet $10.5/day”

• It had a wonderful pool and workout center.
• The rooms were run down, parking was expensive. It has hard to get to off the expressway.

“This is an airport hotel that is very run down, carpet, walls, beds etc. Show many signs of wear. Parking is expensive. For evening meals, they are not kid friendly at all in the two restaurants. In the morning, the breakfast bar is much more family friendly. The pool area is beautiful and very family as well as exercise friendly. It is far from Montreal itself with a 45-dollar cab ride to get to the city. It is good for a quick overnight stay well passing through but do not make this your home base.”

• After complaining about our neighbor several times, we were upgraded to another area of hotel which was wonderful.
• The original corridor we were booked in was so noisy, sound echoed loudly down the hallways.

“We were first put in a corridor in the middle of several rooms occupied by a la Crosse team with boys around age 12 who behaved very badly and were very loud and harassed us after we tried to get them to pipe down. The hallway itself was ridiculously noisy - people 50 ft away sounded like they were 5 feet away! That whole experience was a nightmare! But finally after complaining for the third time, a very nice young lady put us in a different wing in an upgraded room-this room was wonderful, just what we needed, beautiful spacious, quiet, we ordered room service for dinner and breakfast- stayed in the room the whole time.”

• The room was beautiful, the hotel was very nice! I would definitely recommend it!
• Parking is $12.50/day which is annoying, but it could have been worse.

“This hotel stays true to the Hilton reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly. When we called for extra towels, they arrived within 20 minutes! The room was beautiful. Parking was a little pricey, which was kind of expected, but it was always easy to find a spot close to our door. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to others.”
