• No elevator, inattentive staff, parking lot not well-lit.

“This location is very bare bones, and is appropriate for a budget-minded business traveler with no need for any luxury, and in need of a location adjacent to the airport.”

• Price, clean.
• Fire alarm rang 5 times between 7:30 and 11:00 am because of toaster in reception.

“Clean, good-sized room, friendly and efficient staff at check-in and check-out. Parking area needs to be plowed. Staff needs to show better judgment, i.e. disconnect toaster if it is causing the fire alarm to go off 5 times in the morning, rather than waking up several people 5 times over.”

• Shuttle to airport doesn't run after midnight.

“We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean and well kept, the bed new and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very nicely done, clean, variety, cold was cold, hot was hot. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it! It was also a terrific value. Our friends paid full price and they were also more than satisfied.”

• The breakfast was good.
• The beds were uncomfortable.

“The heater for the room was too high at the time we arrived. The beds were both uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. However, the breakfast was good, the staff was polite, and the hotel and room were clean.”

• Little stuff for breakfast and no space to eat have to take room *I don't mind.

“Room okay, but not meticulously clean, no iron, no complimentary breakfast, and no elevators. Room clerk polite and helpful.”

• Girl at front desk extremely cranky and rude, sighing when she had to help us. Get better staff!

“Very convenient and priced right, but girl at front desk was very cranky, and glared at us when I asked her a few questions. Seems she shouldn't be in this line of work if she's not a morning person or a people person!”

“Nice hotel, convenient for inexpensive travel, central. Friendly staff willing to make up for lack of restaurants in area by explaining, giving directions, drawing maps.”

• Far from downtown but manageable.

“If you are to ride the bus to Montreal downtown it will take approximately 1 hour 10 min with the subway part. The ride is smooth though.”
