“The hotel is under renovation and this is much needed. There was no pool at the time and the lobby look was way out of date. Additionally the halls and rooms look run down. So I greatly look forward to the completion of the renovations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. As well the hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go. So once the hotel matches the staff and location it will be an awesome place to stay.”

• The maids were friendly.
• The carpet was filthy with old stains and I could not adjust the temperature in my room.

“It is too close to porno shops and other seedy businesses the staff was friendly and helpful but the building needs some work.”

“This hotel is renovating. The rooms had tears in the curtains and burn marks on the counters. The carpet in the hall was also torn and worn.”

• The desk staff was awesome! Very helpful and nice.
• Not very clean and in a very seedy neighborhood.

“We were very disappointed in the hotel. It was very run down, filthy carpets with a ridiculously small pool with very cold water. The location was in a neighborhood with 3 adult stores, so wouldn't recommend it for families. However, the desk staff was very good, helpful and very nice. Always greeted with a smile and had good information. The restaurant had ok food but very poor service. Had to walk up to the counter to get more coffee and water.”

• Window at 5m to the kitchen fan, fries odor when window open.

“Good hotel with good service. The only problem is the location of the kitchen fan. Which is too close to the room window.”
