• Some of the staff was decent, but helpless.

“We recently had the misfortune of a two night stay in the Quality hotel on Edmonton Trail NE,Calgary. We had a room with one queen bed and a hide a bed. It was very crowded, and not at all executive in any way. After unpacking, we noticed the suite had a door jam, hardware, but no door. We called the desk and were told their suites don't come with doors. I have never heard on such a thing. The first morning of our stay, upon returning to our room, our key card would not work, went to front desk. Room was cleaned one bed made, hide a bed-not made. No glasses were left in our room. We requested glasses from the front desk. They we delivered, at their convenience, 6 plastic glasses in plastic wrap (perfect) and three, they were of glass. Not sealed in plastic wrap, lip prints on one, numerous finger prints on all of them. They had a dull Grey film on them that looked like they were covered in dust, or a greasy film. Not impressive. We nicely registered our complaints with the desk clerk on check out. This would be our last stay with them. We will also advise any one traveling to Calgary, to avoid this hotel, located on Edmonton Trail NE.”

• Awesome location, great breakfast, clean, large room and excellent service.

“For those staying in Glendale this is an excellent area - near the arena, lots of shopping and great restaurant selection, beautiful and huge mall (arrowhead). Everything about the motel was great - exceeded expectations for comfort, quality, room size and location.”

• Pros include the location, staff, value, really, the whole experience!

“I visited the Quality Inn Airport Hotel with my family last month, and found that the hotel really made our whole trip. The building is old, but clean and obviously well cared for. We have to budget our money as we are a fairly new family, and for the great price we paid, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great! This will definitely be my home away from home in Calgary for years to come!”
