  • Customer service was very bad and unfriendly staff.

“Not a very friendly check in or out. Staff not friendly. I left my cell phone at hotel and staff was not helpful when I called. I had to pay to have my cell phone shipped home. I would think that something small, like a cell phone, could have been shipped for free. Now if I wanted it overnight it should be my expense but staff not very helpful, had the wrong address on my parcel, delaying delivery by a day. I paid for Purolator for next day delivery and 2 days later still waiting due to error on address.”
