“Hotel is difficult to find even for GPS, only one side has view of the lake. We checked in 20 minutes earlier than the check in time. And staff just flat out lied that there is no available room facing the lake side without even checking the computer. The parking was pretty much empty. Maybe only 1/4 of the hotel room is occupied. What a liar.”

• Affordable, yet all the comfort we needed.

“Continental breakfast was even included. Great for skiing, room was accessible from the patio door and we could unload all of our sport equipment easily.”

• Location of the hotel is good.
• We asked for a non-smoking room, but they said they don't have vacancy and gave us a smoking room.

“The location of the hotel is good. However, we asked for a non-smoking room, but they said they don't have vacancy and gave us a smoking room. Giving us smoking room violates the rule and make our stay really uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”

• Very close to old Quebec.
• They offer a continental breakfast but there is no restaurant to eat it in.

• Location was convenient.
• I was given a smokers room, my sister has bronchial problems and my friend is asthmatic so their second night in that room was not very pleasant.

“I think the customer service is very important, I felt the initial reception from the staff was unfriendly, perhaps non whites are not welcome there.”

• The location was perfect and the staff very friendly.
• No pool or hot tub.

• It does qualify a 2-star hotel for sure.
• Nothing I can complain.

“The hotel is located in a small mall with McD and KFC and a gas station close by. it is close to highway. room is nice and clean. well worth what I paid for.”

• Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Hotel staff must be very familiar of all freeways leading to the hotels and leaving the hotel for other cities.
