• Clean, attractive room. Separate his and her sink areas.
• Laundry room only on one floor.

“The hotel was attractive, clean, and roomy. The parking garage had an area to wash your car. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Great location.
• The hotel was very outdated and requires an immediate upgrade and renovation.

“The location of the Banff Park lodge is great. Just a street back from the main strip, it offers convenience, yet a little more privacy and quiet. The staff at this hotel were very polite and accommodating. The hotel itself is quite outdated and requires an immediate renovation to bring it up to date. Furniture, decor and paint along with staff uniforms would be a great starting point. Non-smoking rooms are compromised by the ability of guests to smoke on balconies that are outside each room. Numerous time we had smoke seeping in to our room from outside neighbors which was annoying at best.”

• Friendly staff from the front desk, housekeepers and serving staff.
• Busy with conferences.

“The location was great - just a walking distance to downtown. You would hardly notice how close downtown really was because the hotel was very quiet. We were greeted by the friendliest front desk staff I've seen in a long time. After a long travel, we retired to our comfortable bed early. I couldn't believe how nice and friendly the staff were even at the earliest of hours. We were again greeted by a very nice and courteous hostess. All the staff was amazing and the buffet even included an omelet station. The chef was great! I would definitely recommend the Banff Park Lodge and can't wait to return.”

• Easy access to shops & restaurants in town.
• Room was cheesy/outdated/no microwave/no breakfast.

“Good location, nice staff, had to ask for second pillows, had roll-away bed but charged $10 extra. Very nice pool.”
