  • Gave discount for inconvenience.
  • Assigned room was under renovation and they had to move us and luggage elsewhere.

“No elevator so carrying luggage up stairs and down a long hallway was inconvenient. If I had any disability then this would have been a real hardship. Pool area used by people coming in from outside so the walkway was muddy and pool area shabby.”
