• Excellent mattress, very clean, good breakfast, staff.
• Noise from hockey team.

“Comfortable, clean hotel. Liked their breakfast, awesome. Staff was very helpful. Just a bit noisy that night due to a hockey team.”

• inconsistency in room make-up

“It is a Best Western with a White Spot attached. It provides the level of service etc. for a Best Western however is over priced for the facilities provided.They charge a $3.00 per day security fee for parking however there are numerous signs to stating the hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of property from vehicle. It would appear they are charging the $3.00 to recover the costs of having a security company patrol their parking lot for parking problems created by the location they are in. It would be less offensive if they simply said there was a three dollar parking fee. It would also appear they only charge this fee to selected guests.Staff is polite and cordial. Premises are keeping with a Motor Inn for the area.”

• Perfect. There are all things that I want.
• Just one. Parking fee- $3. Why?

• Staff are good.
• Facility not great. Dead locks are improper and door locks jammed.

“The hotel is in a quite and nice remote area. However, it's quite a way from Vancouver city. Distance is not the main problem but the highways are narrowed and road signs are not proper.”

• Breakfast room too far from our room.

• The locations was 40 minutes away, due east.
