• Location was ok
• Dirty rooms, rude staff, no air conditioning-

“This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The rooms were small and dirty and the hotel was old and rundown. The staff was incredibly rude, and we could never get a straight answer as to how long the a/c had been broken, or if/when it would be fixed.

The hotel only has a few rooms with canal views. There is no gym, gift shop, snack shop or business center...”

• The location of the hotel was ok.
• Dirty rooms, no air conditioning, incredibly rude staff, bad food.

“This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself was old and run-down, with dark hallways, and small dirty rooms. The wallpaper was peeling and the rooms had a strange odor. There are only a few nicer rooms at the hotel. The rest are quite disgusting. The staff was also horrible. They were rude and obnoxious, and completely unhelpful. The air conditioning was broken and we could never get a straight answer as to how long it had been broken, and if/when it would be fixed. The staff wouldn't even answer simple questions like how to use a phone card with the room phone. Instead we had to go outside and wander around until we found a public payphone.

I would definately not recommend staying here under any circumstances. The hotels nearby were much nicer and roughly the same price.

There are also no ammenities at this hotel such as gift shops, snacks, gym or business center.”
