• The staff was very friendly.
• The beds were almost literally as hard as a rock.

“This hotel far exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Tijuana. On my previous trip to the area I stayed in San Diego and this hotel was 5x nicer then the other hotel I stayed in. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The location felt safe. It was quite. The decor was nice, tiled floors, etc. The location was near many different fast food restaurants, such as McDonald's and TGI Fridays. I felt more safe in this location then I did on my previous stay in San Diego. The only thing I can really say that was critical about this place is the fact that the beds and the pillows were hard as a rock, almost literally. I am not even kidding.”

• The restaurant was good and the people working at the hotel were very nice.

“The hotel looks ok from the outside but the enside the hotels needs help and the day we were there there was a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. The staff was kind and food was excellent!”

• Convenient, comfortable if you go as a business traveler.
• Asked for room service and one hour later they told me they were having problems. I cancel the order.

“If you go as a business traveler into Tijuana and want to stay in the Rio area then you can consider this hotel. The hotel is getting old but is well kept.”

“The staff was not friendly. They charged us for the rooms twice. They did not attempt to rectify the situation. Customer service was extremely poor. Lastly, we wasted most of time trying to resolve our hotel reservation. We we're able to relax and enjoy our stay. We left the very next day.”
