• Room was very clean and had hardwood floors.
• No air-conditioning.

“Do not stay in this hotel during the summer months. The lobby has air conditioning, but the rooms do not. Any other time than summer this is a 3 star hotel with a good breakfast included.”

• Breakfast included, was unexpected pleasure.
• A little noisy at night.

“Close to Termini Train station and buses to all parts of Rome. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Nice light fixture.
• Wasn't very clean.

“Breakfast was little but great. The room had hairs on the carpet and in the bathroom and didn't seem like the floors got very clean.”

• It was convenient.

“The hotel does the job. It provides a clean room in a convenient location. The rooms are supposed to be air conditioned, but ours wasn't. The air conditioner broke I think. Otherwise, the breakfast downstairs was fine... it just bread, cereal, milk, juice, and a coffee maker with your choice of a variety of coffees... that was so . The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• The staff, the location, the price.
• I have no complains.

“Just a couple of minutes from the train terminal, the Terminal Hotel is located in the heart of Roma. It is convenient to places of interest, restaurants, shopping, and all modes of transportation. The facility is clean and the staff is great. When I return to Roma, I hope one of the 35 rooms is available. Keep this in mind: The Terminal is not a fancy, antique filled hotel. It is pretty basic, but very clean. An ideal hotel, with reasonable rates, in an ideal location. The Terminal is the ideal hotel for those who come to see Roma.”
