• Great location, attentive staff and beautiful decoration.

“Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to main old town square and next to a subway station. Staff was attentive and receptive. The room was beautifully decorated!”

• The place is conveniently located in Prague.

“It's conveniently located in the city center and the rooms were adequately sized when compared with other hotels in Europe. Would stay again if I'm in Prague.”

• Staff was so helpful.
• Restaurant prices were too high, food not so good.

“20 minute walk to Charles Bridge/Old Town, longer if you are a senior. Hotel staff bends over backwards to help you, very knowledgeable and friendly. Nearby tram stop does not have a direct line to Castle area. Despite the fact it was a big hotel, they greeted me by name. Restaurant food was overpriced.”

• Great Location, quick efficient, great for business travel. The hotel car service is great, vey efficient drivers. Great gym in the basement.

“The hotel is very central, within walking distance of old town. Room are a fair size. There is a casino at the basement and also a fabulous gym. I would recommend this hotel. I used the hotel car for travel a couple of hours outside of Prague and found them to be economical (great prices for an E class Benz) and extremely professional.”

• Location and comfort are spot on. Shuttle bus direct to/from airport.

“A very nice 4-star hotel by US standards, which probably rates 5 stars in Prague. The location is great neat the metro and the city center. It's across the street from the Hilton. A commercial shuttle leaves from the airport (both terminals) every 30 minutes goes direct to a stop at the Marriott and Hilton for only 120 KC ($5-6), less than 1/4 the price of a taxi.”

• Excellent location, great staff. Very nice hotel.
• Breakfast buffet was great. Go local for food to save money.

“Beautiful hotel in a great location. Short walks to everything - sights, culture, and nightlife are all very short trips. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were standard size with superior beds & linens.”

• Room enormous, bed wonderful.
• Styling a bit anonymous.

“Very beautiful property in excellent location. All amenities of room were outstanding. And enabled us to stay in a hotel that was a great value. Didn't use hotel restaurants. Like much of Prague, restaurants and business services were quite costly.”

• The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The Hotel is general is beautiful.
• Nothing.

“The hotel is a perfect destination for all travelers business or leisure. The staff is efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good as we didnt have to use public transport to visit any of the sights in Prague everything was in walking distance of the hotel.”

• Location - Convenient to Metro as well as Old City.
• Expensive Internet and Restaurant.

“A nice hotel around 10 minutes walking from Old Town Square and maybe a similar distance to Wenceslaus Square. Comfortable Spacious Rooms. All in all very nice.”

• The bed was great - the room was very plush, clean. The location was also perfect.
• Nothing but good things to say.

“Great service, great location (less than 10 minutes from old town square - walking distance to a central bus station and a train station, lots of restaurants nearby), great rooms (especially the Marriott bed - very comfortable).”

• Some obnoxious staff members.

“The hotel guest room in which I stayed was pleasant, as were most of the staff. However, when I requested a taxi, I was provided with the hotel's car service and a price significantly greater than the price offered by a public taxi. I was not advised that the car was operated by the hotel. Further, I was initially provided the rate for the car by the bellman. When I asked the driver the rate, the bellman became obnoxious advising me that the rate did not change from when he told me the rate.”

• The hotel was comfortable and clean.
• No tea/coffee making facilities.

“We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was fine in comfort and cleanliness, the staff were not helpful especially the bar staff and reception. We told reception the bathroom light had gone out and that whilst we were trying to pack and leave it was very inconvenient, she did not seem interested. We were also surprised a 5 star hotel did not have tea/coffee making facilities.”

• The rooms and staff are excellent.
• The breakfast was not included in the price. Internet connectivity was very expensive.

“Great: room quality, service of staff, central location. Poor: no breakfast included in price, expensive internet. Conclusion: a great hotel to stay at in Prague¿s old town. A bit pricier than most, but I thought it was well worth it.”
