• The staff was very helpful when our airline canceled our flight and we arrived one day late. They agreed not to charge us the extra night.

“Friendly staff. Delicious brunch (loved the made-to-order omelet's). Great location. Felt very safe.”

• Nice present in our room for our anniversary.

“Good location, a few steps from the city center. Albert supermarket close to the hotel. We were offered a bottle of Champaign and strawberries for our anniversary. Clean rooms and good amenities. Also you will got fruits and chocolates everyday at turn down time. "Seven" restaurant is a place to go. A very good experience. Far better than the Crowne Plaza and Corinthian.”

“Hotel is right in the center of town. It has a great restaurant and a very nice lobby bar. The beds are fantastic and the room I had was much larger than others I have had in Prague.”

• This is a very high end hotel and it feels like it down to the last detail.
• If the mini-bar prices were half those listed it would still be expensive but actually usable.

“This is the perfect spot for the best Prague experience. First of all, the hotel is in the best location for all the nicest walks. You step out of the door and are only a block from the powder tower and tasty coffee shops. The best shopping areas are just down the street. And the Old Town square is just under ten minutes walk. Its the perfect location. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Our room was perfectly clean and definitely up to western standards for a luxury hotel. The bed was very soft and there were plenty of extra fluffy pillows. Really nothing at all negative about our stay here. Very romantic.”

• Staff lied to us and no hot water.

“The rooms were nice, more like 3 stars than 4. There was no hot water for my shower, very upsetting as I was hot and sweaty. Manager on duty forced us to take hotel transport rather than a cab and lied to us about the price (they charge double the rate to the airport compared to the City Taxi).”

• No room with twin beds available, no morning paper, too many German channels.
