“This place is great! Me and my family have been there five times and plan on going back! The food is good, but you don't have to eat at the hotel, you can also go off campus for dinner. The beach is absolutely amazing! There is perfect waves and a white sand beach that stretches for miles! Also, there is a sand volleyball court that has games every single day, and if you like beach volleyball, you will like Paradise Village! The activities team that runs all the activities are always really good! They are fun, and keep children entertained. The rooms are great, not to high class and fancy but very nice and homey. There is a mall that you can get all your needs from. And Paradise Village is just a beautiful and awesome place to be, I don't think that I have any bad things to say, and affordable.”

“This resort is very well kept and in the best part of Nuevo Vallarta. The beaches are also the best. Unfortunately that's where all the good ends. Staff is absolutely rude with the exception of the activities team. No one else cares. The timeshare people would be much more successful if the service was half decent. These people will not go out of their way to help out. We had to change rooms twice and should have probably a third time. Don't go to the jungle as staff and management are brutal! Interesting to note that when we went into Puerto Vallarta and told people we were staying at the Paradise village they asked us how it felt to be in jail! They try very hard to keep you there and everything is very expensive with no smiles with the service. I didn't think much of that comment until a few days later but that's exactly what it felt like with all the timeshare people! I may go to Puerto Vallarta again but I assure you I will never stay at paradise village and I will tell everyone I know.”

“I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very rude. The hallways smelled really bad. The food was not good at all. I was surprised when we first arrived that the place was empty. The beach was nice and clean but there were no people. Also, the timeshare sales people were in our face the entire time. Next, you will not believe what happened to some people we know who were also staying there. After they wasted 3 hours with the timeshare folks they were told they did not fill out their forms correctly. They had violated a rule for the timeshare presentation by scheduling an atv outing on the same day. Apparently as they were being rushed through the presentation, they signed a form that stated among other things that you are not allowed to schedule any outings away from the hotel on the day of your presentation. This carried on for two days and finally they were threatened that the hotel would seek further action if they did not pay. Puerto Vallarta Nuevo Vallarta is a great place to vacation. We had a wonderful time away from the hotel. We will be back but I can guarantee you that we would never, ever stay at the paradise village. ”
