• The coffeemaker and fridge in room. The location.
• Room had very strong odor of mold. Bird droppings were on outside furniture, cleaned after 2 days.

“The friendly staff.
The bed was comfortable.
Few cleanliness issues but overall good.”

• Good location, friendly and English speaking staff.
• This was like an motel apartment. I prefer a hotel feel instead.

“The location was great. Close to the beach in middle of downtown. This hotel is also close to the Los Muertos pier in case you are taking a boat to Yelapa.”

• The staff was helpful and very friendly.
• We saw a couple of cockroaches.

“We weren't sure about the location at first, since it was in the older part of the town. The local people were so friendly though, we decided we liked being in that section of town. We could also walk everyone we wanted to go, including the Malecon.”

“The hotel was not what I expected for a 3-star rated hotel. The hotel had a foul odor inside of the room and the sheets on both beds were soured. They did not give us enough towels and the front desk person was not readily available (they were regularly at the hotel Los Arcos Puerto Vallarta across the street).”
