• The Location and friendly and helpful staff.
• The lobby was a little bit hot and the pool was smaller than I thought.

“Great hotel for a quick trip. The hotel staff was outstanding and always helpful. Great job. The pool was a little bit too small and when l was told that the pool was going to be clean during the morning, why not clean in when every guess is at sleep.”

• Friendly guys in the valet/restaurant. Clean, quiet.
• The checking in process and rooms were not available, having to take whatever was available just to have a room after 4:00.

“The hotel was at a good location and the greeting was nice, but at the time, the front desk employees seemed to not know what to do. All of them would ask each other questions. Rooms were not available, lobby was full of people waiting on rooms and some leaving and returning back to see if a room had become available.”

“Horrible front desk service, (waited 30 minutes to check-in, surly attitudes, got room service order wrong, staff had poor English skills, room in disrepair, not clean.”

• The service was good and the room was clean and comfortable.
• I did not like that you have to pay for parking each time you come in and out of the hotel.

• Convenient to Downtown and attractions.
• Rooms need major updating and Internet was extremely slow.

“Overall, this hotel was not bad. We stayed at the Sheraton Ambassador the night before but we paid 225USD and the service and room accommodations were almost the same. Overall, not a bad hotel. Just needs a major room renovation. GET UPDATED.”

• The location, close to the areas I wanted to be at.
• The pool was not clean at the time me and my friends decided to get in. So we did not get in the pool at all during the 3 day stay.

“Everything was fine, except the pool was dirty on the day we wanted to get in, I was surprised because I've stayed there before and everything was perfect, so obviously this time I was disappointed at that. other than that no other complaints.”
