• Pleasant staff and good location.
• Room too small, nowhere to put clothes, breakfast dull and repetitive.

“The location is good and the hotel small, clean and well runs. Staff is helpful. However, rooms are cramped with nowhere to unpack clothing. No restaurant but breakfast (1 bread roll and 2 croissants plus a tiny repacked piece of cheese placed on individual trays) was beyond boring. No lounge or bar. We wouldn't consider returning.”

• excellent room, excellent staff at an excellent rate right in the heart of town

“a wonderful, clean room, spacious, with doors overlooking the streets of Nantes. Service was efficient yet unobtrusive, taxi helped to get there. Ideally located in the heart of town to explore the wonderful streets and restaurants.”

• Accueil aimable et souriant. Tr'peu bruyant bien qu'en plein centre. Chambre et salle de bain vastes. Petit d'uner copieux avec heures de service non restreints.
• Difficile 'rouver en voiture par absence ou manque de fl'ages. Parking Graslin proche mais pas assez.

Le plan d'acc'disponible sur Internet n'est pas assez clair. Il faudrait mieux signaler les sens uniques, les rues pi'nnes, etc.”

• Great location close to facilities/restaurants/shops etc. Clean and comfortable
• VERY hard to find - the directions could have been much better.

“If I had known that this hotel would be so hard to find I would not have booked it. However, it was in a good location for our purposes, and provided clean and comfortable accommodation for a short stay.”
