• Air conditioner, location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bathroom size.
• Cable channels.

“I stayed for 3 nights in this warm friendly hotel, it is small but the staff are great, they are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are very clean although they are somehow small, the bathroom is very clean and mid-size, the breakfast was everything you can think about. The most important thing is the awesome location/. City center and all Munich is just near by. The only thing I wished to be better is the cable channels, all German programs. They need to add more English channels and improve their pay TV selection, other wise it is the best.”

• The rooms were immaculate, quiet.
• It is a bit off the main drag, but 4 blocks to the subway is not bad.

“If you want a place outside the crowds of the Marrienplatz and are willing to walk 4 blocks to the subway, this is a great place. Nice cafes, near the theater district, and friendly staff.”
