• Good location.
• Unclean rooms and not a friendly staff.

“I wish I had read the reviews on this hotel. I like many people judged the hotel by its outside and lobby pictures and was sorely disappointed. The location is great, but the hotel room was so disgusting that I was tempted to sleep in the lobby. The first room we were given had questionable stains on the bed cover and there was no room to place our luggage so we asked for another room. Although the second wasn't any better we decided to stay the night in there. I refused to walk anywhere in the room without shoes, the shower and shower curtain were completely moldy (there was no tub and the shower was simply separated from the rest of the bathroom by a shower curtain) and I refused to touch anything in the room before I went and bought disinfectant spray and sprayed the room and sheets down. The next day we checked out and went home even though we were supposed to stay another night. At first the hotel insisted on charging us for the second night, but after a few minutes of argument we were able to make our point and not have to pay. In addition to the condition of the rooms the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I recommend staying further out of London for the same price and just stay close to a tube stop or pay the extra money for a better hotel.”

• Location! Close to transportation, pleasant dining places and many London sites.
• While it was clean, it was not as clean as it could be. The shower needed to be clean of mold and the floors thoroughly vacuumed. The phone service was in need of update.

“With the negative remarks I made I am honestly able to say that the value could not have been better. That was a big priority and we were satisfied. Most of the staff was pleasant and accomodating. Yes, we would stay there again. Thanks for the opportunit”

• Friendly Front-desk People, Good amenities in the room, Good Location
• Nothing specific. Most of the Equipments and things in the room were perfecto

“The general visit of mine on Business was quite succesful and in a large extent we were able to make to the meetings on time, because of the convienient location of South Kensington and two good tubes nearby.”

• It was convenient for Natural History Museum where I had an evening event, and it was cheap.
• Breakfast was not included in price.

• A quiet room - basic but adequate fdor the cost
• Beds were a bit hard, pillows meagre, strange layout of room

“perhaps we could have been told of the strange layout of room 202. I would have liked a mattress cover and the chance to use another pillow. apart from this we found it was good value for money”

“More than adequate facilities and standard bearing in mind the price. Good position for our needs (event at Royal Albert Hall) Check in was a bit hit and miss, taking rather a long time and having to be re-done due to room alocated already being in use!”

• Nothing
• Everything. The Room was unclean, Paper was hanging of the wall, A Light didnt work, The Shower was disgusting, The Hair Dryer was a relic antique. Overall completely unimpressed.

“Booking the Hotel over the net with your site was one of the easiest and quickest ways and that was the best thing about our stay. I would definatly not reccemmend staying at the Eden Plaza.”

• Good clean and just right for us.
• Showers and ceilings (Mould everywhere) dirty bedroom ceiling, wall-paper coming off the walls.

“Overall a good hotel apart from the faults already stated with the shower area and bedroom. Yes it would have made me question the amount per night.”

• The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast adequate
• Room small and decor dated

“Stay only consisted of one night. The hotel was adequate. Could do with being upgraded in decor and rooms were small. Shaver plug not working. Otherwise adequate and value for money.”
