• Rooms were nice, clean.
• It wasn't as close to the airport as I would have liked.

“Clean hotel, breakfast was overpriced. Neighborhood wasn't great; restaurants consisted of cafeterias and Burger King.”

“A convenient hotel, not as close to the airport as claimed. I would say about 5 KM. Hard to find if you do not have exact directions. Room size was OK. Clean, convenient, good service quality standards. Friendly staff.”

“What a dump and in a terrible location! I put in an airport location because I had an early flight the next day and it was 15 minutes to the airport - not close but the worst part was they had stopped having a shuttle to the airport a year ago and it cost over 30 dollars to get to the airport! Unacceptable!”

• Close to the Metro.
• The air-conditioning only started at 1 PM.

“There were two main problems with the hotel, the air-conditioning only started at 1 PM and did not continue after 10 pm the beds were a bit hard and the pillow was far too soft.”

• On bus line, but not right near the airport, and a 10 minute walk from the bus stop.
• The hotel is much more like a 3 star property nothing luxurious about it. they also promised an airport shuttle and there was none.
