• good location
• room could be cleaner; couldn't pay with my VISA card (first time happened according to receptionnist).

“Very good location. Room was OK although could have been cleaner. Good breakfast and service.
Difficult to find a cheaper hotel in this area.”

• VISA didn't worked online. Room small. No Internet.

• Choice of TV channels very limited. Telephone charges excessives, as usual in hotels !

• Its location.
• The breakfast was badly organised. It started at 7.30 which was too late.

“When the front door handle fell off in my hand I knew this was not going to be a great experience. The room was worn out and had a slightly mouldy smell. The water pressure in the shower was inadequate. The staff appeared stressed out. I won't be going there again.”

• The location to central London was the only redeaming feature
• Being accommodated in the basement room with no out look next to the noisy kitchen travelled half the world to London so expected something better

“I would have liked to have known the location of the room and the floor I was on and an approximation of the size of the room.”

• Breakfast was good, staff were friendly
• Taps in bathroom and bathroom suite in general needs replacing. Bed sheets were ripped & room wasnt very clean. On surface was clean but on closer look not.

• Good, clean and tidy...nice view of the BT tower (yes, I'm being serious!)
• The room was in the roof - therefore extremely hot!

“I have stayed in Central London several times this year, booked by my organisation, but this time I booked it myself - and very glad I did, too. It was much better than the last place!”

“Good value for money. Friendly staff. Small room but clean, with TV and a coffee maker. This hotel is a very good option if you are planning to stay a couple of days in London.”
