• The entire staff was very attentive to your needs and comfort. They did everything reasonable to make sure you got what you wanted.
• They charge and arm and a leg to do your laundry. The taxis they recommended charged almost double what they should.

“Hotel Geneva is a very satisfactory hotel. The attention given to your room, the respect and gentleness of the reception agents, the bellhops, and the cleaning staff is very satisfactory. Everyone was extremely polite and sincere, I'm sure. It's in one of the most central, and perhaps best, locations in Mexico City. Everything you need is within a 1-kilometer radius. You can walk north or south to almost all the tourist attractions, museums, Zocalos, parks, etc. From the hotel walk two minutes to Paseo Reforma and you're on all the major bus and taxi routes to and from the area, Zona Rosa. You need only take the Touribus if you are too lazy to walk and you'll see and experience much less.”
