“Nice place. Fees for everything. Better bet getting a b&b.”

“Very nice, comfortable hotel in the beautiful Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City. Perfect for the weary business traveler.”

“Great location with breathtaking views of city and park. The rooms are clean with flat screen TVs. The bedding was upscale, but the bed was hard.
Hotel tries to rip you off at every turn. $18/night hotel fee for use of internet, local calls, things that should be free. There is a seating fee at the restaurants. Fine hotel, but horrible customer experience.”

“They said I had to pay $18 extra for internet, late checkout and free local calls, when I didn't need any of those.”

“Great location, overrated quality. Mixed staff (very helpful or very rude).”

“Spent two nights there, business trip. Left items in the closet of my room at check out, was late for a final day of meetings. Amazingly, when I called later that same day to tell them I had left stuff in my room they told me house cleaning reported nothing and my clothes etc had vanished from the room! BTW: It took them 4 days to tell me that! I mean how can something vanish from a locked room within 3-4 hours of leaving it? I will not stay there again. Nicco and The W are within walking distance and much better options. Plus, there is no AC in the rooms. The thermostat is there but no air!”

“My husband and I had an overnight flight lay over in Mexico City. This hotel was not close to the airport but it was a delightful surprise when we arrived. We loved it.”
