  • Great location, lovely hotel, very professional staff.
  • Nothing.

“The hotel can accommodate business or leisure guests with ease and comfort. I have stayed in Sheratons before but this appeared to be a much better run and maintained Sheraton than others. A credit to the hotel chain.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Great location for historical center and getting around the city.
  • Concerns about food appearing all day on a buffet not covered and in some cases not chilled. But one could order a la carte as we did.

“Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Several eating styles available. Very fast elevators. Great view from 25th floor. Quiet. Great location for sightseeing. Felt very safe.”

  • It was excellent, friendly, attentive, quite, quick and good service.
  • It had no iron in the room.

“It was just great. I would totally recommend it.”

  • Centrally located, comfortable, fair price, friendly service.
  • Room smelled like cigarettes.

“The hotel is located within walking distance of El Palacio de Bellas Artes a main theater/attraction. Is in the old part of Mexico, where you can appreciate a lot of the colonial buildings and monuments. It's right in front of the Alameda Park or plaza, where you can enjoy cultural events and crafts shops. Being a non-smoker, I was put off by the smell of cigarettes in the room. I'm not sure if I specifically asked for nonsmoking or not, but I'll be sure to check this next time. There was no pool, and no continental breakfast was included. Overall it was a good value for the money. We will probably stay there again, and I would definitely would like to go back to Mexico City.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Our room was at the top of the hotel-24th floor and the view was spectacular.
  • The taxi fares from the hotel were double but that is usually the way it is at any hotel.

“The hotel was in an excellent location. Helpful front desk and concierge.”

  • Clean and efficient with a great Mexican restaurant.
  • There was a public demonstration that blocked traffic.

“Great hotel in the historic part of town which makes it ideal to explore the old and colonial part of Mexico city's Downtown. Traffic and street closings during demonstrations can be a problem but it is in many parts of the city as well. Would stay here again.”

  • Nice place to stay for at list couple days.
  • Risky area for tourist.

“It's a new hotel built on the place the old Regis hotel was built, it got comfort and good hospitality for tourist, the only thing is that is not secure to be outside the hotel at late ours, but as a place to rest and know the old down town area it's ok.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Clean, safe, great staff, big rooms, quiet, good gym and a warm cozy pool.
  • Charge for internet connection in business center. Restaurant prices were tripled from restaurants in the area. Continental breakfast almost 20 dollars?

“Great for business travelers.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The hotel has a good view of Central Historico.
  • Taxi to airport is overpriced.

“We were welcomed by the staff after we arrived. We had a room on 21 th floor. The view was beautiful. The location was perfect for us - cross street from the park, walk to historical sites and close to shopping and dining places.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • Sophisticated.
  • Attitude.

“Either you use the costly facilities to fulfill your stay or do your stuff outside. Call in the morning for the daily newspaper, it is free; in minutes you will have a properly uniformed bell boy delivering it. The seclusion ends when you walk outside the hotel, for the novice it may be overwhelming, for the sophisticated; time to get a hotel taxi. For the adventurous the fun begins!”

“In general, we have enjoyed the stay. I hope that the internet connection in the room will become available for free of charge.”
