• The staff is kind & friendly.
• Communication in English was very difficult.

“In general, we have enjoyed the stay. I hope that the internet connection in the room will become available for free of charge.”

• The helpfulness of the front desk staff was exceptional.
• The policy regarding the mini-bar.

“It was a lovely hotel in a perfect location across from Alameda Park. The rooms were a good size and well appointed. The music that floated through the lobby from the coffee shop was too loud and obnoxious! The front desk staff and the concierge staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm sure that it didn't hurt that my fiancé is fluent in Spanish, though. After winning the Sheraton Centro Historica (at a great price) was a little taken aback to read in Fodor's 2008 Mexico edition that there was no elevator (not true) and that the halls were hung with old photos of the area (not true). But minor points, that Fodor's needs to address.”

• The hotel taxis charged five times the normal rate when I used them.

• The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
• There wasn't really anything that we didn't like.

• Extremely well decored and caring people. Very NICE location
• no pool, location can be dangerous at night
