• The rooms are too small and they only have 1 queen size or 2 twin beds in a room. Not good for families with small children.

“We stayed on two separate nights at this hotel. The rooms were small to set up a third twin bed so we were upgraded to the executive suite at no cost. Our children were able to sleep comfortably. The hotel has a pool, a restaurant, and a bar. Also it is located in an office area about 10 minutes from the airport and a 10 minutes walk to the train station.”

• Excellent buffet breakfast included.
• Located in an area with corporate buildings, few restaurants or tourist attractions, no free airport shuttle.

“Pleasant staff, clean rooms, good for access to Frankfurt/Main Airport. Very disappointed that no free airport shuttle was available as advertised in the booking synopsis.”

• Clean and comfortable. Incredibly comfortable beds.
• Location was real bad. Far from Airport, not 10 minutes more like 20.

“Although this Hotel is very nice it is very much out of the way and not reachable by public transportation. Everyone working in the hotel has been rehearsed to say "and only 10 minutes from the airport" but it is actually more like 20 minutes. Also it is situated in an industrial area away from everything so while it was comfortable and very clean it is ideally suited for the business traveler and not someone on vacation.”

• Nice rooms.
• Heat did not work in my room - they added a portable heater on second day.

“Parking is very expensive - 14 euro a day but if one needs "in and out" it can easily add up to $40 a day. Buffet breakfast is 16 Euro, about $20.”

“They were extremely friendly. Spoke great English, and endeavored to provide excellent service. Great area and really beyond my expectations. no complaints.”

“Although the hotel was a little farther from the airport than I expected, it was a great hotel. Room was extraordinarily nice. Breakfast was amazing and I would surely stay there again. Even though the area was a little industrial we found a great neighborhood restaurant by simply asking the front desk.”
