• Dcor.
• They refused to let my friend staying in the room to bring his girlfriend in. so he had to get another room till the next day till I took care.

“The access cards into rooms failed on numerous occasions. So we had to go back to the front desk form the 8th floor. We asked to repair the AC units in both rooms several times. It took till the next day after going to the front desk and complain. The customer service was a complete negative at this hotel. We spent money on rooms and still my friend had to go to another hotel for one night until straighten out.”

• The rooms were comfy and clean, luxurious.
• The live music in the very small bar was very loud.

“Safe, clean, they upgraded us to concierge. Second stay there.”

• Beautiful hotel with warm friendly staff.
• Doors on the TV entertainment cabinet would not fold in all the way.

“We would highly recommend this hotel for leisure, business, and adoption travel. We felt safe and cared for.”

• Quick check in and great beds!
• Kind of stingy on their towels. Just have to ask for extra.

“We went to this hotel for our first visit for our adoption. We were very impressed. We showed up and received a quick check in and a friendly front desk that quickly exchanged our money for Q's. We then went to our room to take a nap and slept great on the soft beds!”

• The staff was outstanding and very helpful.
• Everything was awesome!

“Very family friendly. We were there visiting our 4 month old son we are adopting and he stayed with us the entire week. The staff was so helpful and accommodating and made us feel right at home. Outstanding hotel!”
