• Excellent location. Great room. Good hotel clientele.
• Hotel tried to charge me for the room again. Twice. Once at check-in and check-out.

“Overall, an excellent hotel. It's conveniently located and for the price worth it. The staff is courteous and friendly. The front desk struggled with my reservation. Even though my room was prepaid, they tried charging me again at check-in and again at check-out at their rate. I had to explain. They seemed confused and only the supervisor was in the know. Travelers beware so you don't get charged twice.”

• Nice location, mostly friendly staff, clean, food average.
• No pool-you must travel to the fiesta inn or pay 190 pesos to use the gym's next door. The scenery has changed from gardens and waterfalls to business.

“Nice full service hotel but not as family friendly as I remember it 20 years ago- no pool on site. With much anxiety and anger we were able to work this out. Although I had a nice stay, if you are bringing your family stay somewhere else- this is for business people and couples not interested in sun tanning and swimming. Nice gym next door and in the hotel itself.”

• Late restaurant - Ok lobby bar - Fine staff
• No Pool - Worn down bathroom -

“Stayed April 2005. All staff relations fine. Worn down bathroom(cracked 'marble' table, bad flushing, old towels, bad paintjob). Fine breakfast and Starbucks across the street if you want better coffee. One lift of four out of service the entire week(sign said preventive maintenance!!)”
