The lobby, grounds, pool area and indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant areas are excellent.
I really liked the hotel overall, but the room level corridors could be touched up a bit.
“The grand palm hotel really lives up to its Name. It's excellent for business, but it's also a place I would love to take my wife for a getaway or even for the whole family. It's absolutely beautiful, and I even saw what appeared to be wild impalas grazing near the hotel grounds. It was also quite affordable. Obviously, I highly recommend the grand palm hotel, and I really look forward to staying there again when I return to BotswaNA”
