• Location and quality.
• Nothing negative to say - it was all good!

“Perfect hotel. Room was large, very clean and modern. The location of this hotel cannot be beaten - it's absolutely perfect for Dublin, right in the heart of the action but separated from the noise by Trinity College. We would highly recommend this hotel to Dublin visitors. We found the staff very useful and friendly. They even had Salsa dancing in the bar area.”

• Excellent location.
• Small room for price.

“The hotel is clean and comfortable in a perfect location, but the room was small even though I paid to upgrade. The beds were twins. There was even a clock in the room. Really nice, but no way 5 star.”

• Lobby has a beautiful fireplace, rooms, general ambience. Very quiet -- perfect location.
• Everything was fine! Food and drinks were a bit expensive.

• Room, location and staff were great.
• Only 1 thing. The bed was far from the TV & remote did not work that far way. Sounds petty & I know it is.

• Almost every department.

“The worst 5 star hotel in Dublin. I even wonder who gave this hotel 5 stars! It's unbelievable! Dirty rooms, mini bars with expired products, to save money they even ask if you would like your bed set to be changed if you are staying overnight (officially saying that they want to save the environment)!”

• It's location is fabulous.
• Staff seemed nice but aloof.

“Clean, spacious with a fantastic location to all major interest points in Dublin. Food and restaurants were above average for taste without being outrageously priced. Would not rate as a 5 star, rather it was more a solidly 4 star hotel.”

• Noisy from street all night long. Staff very friendly and informative when you ask questions. Do not tell you of any hotel services when checked in.
• Too noisy. Would expect Star wood Hotel to offer more informative information about hotel, restaurants in hotel, hours of service etc. None given.

“Too expensive. Very disappointed in amenities provided. Staff however were quite pleasant. I would not stay at hotel again.”

“Overall, the hotel was very nice. The bathroom was very large, but the room somewhat small. The windows opened if you wanted which was very nice. The concierge staff could have been somewhat better informed regarding side trips, but they were friendly and wanted you to have a nice stay. The food in the resteraunt and bar was excellent and the location couldn't have been more convenient.”
