• Good service, nice rooms, nice restaurants.
• Need a bar open until 3 am at least. They have construction all day and disturb my sleep.

“Everything was good with this hotel but they have construction, and the hotel didn't tell me that so I stay 3 days suffering with the noise, they changed me to another room but the construction was all over so I couldn't sleep late which was my intention for this trip. I finally changed to another hotel.”

• Beautiful public areas, excellent swimming pool, valet parking superb, restaurants and room service outstanding.
• The hotel only had a smoking room available for us, expensive extras.

“This 5* is more rated a 4* in my book. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking superb. The swimming pool and health club was top-notch, if a bit under-used. Our room, which was upgraded for free, opened out to the pool area which was lovely. We ate at the blue elephant Thai restaurant and absolutely loved it, even thought it was a bit overpriced. Ordered room service twice and it was also top-notch both times with reasonable prices for room service.”

• The lobby was beautiful and the food options extraordinary.
• Everything was excellent.

“I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The food options are excellent and the atmosphere relaxing and romantic. It is a great place to hold meetings and wonderful to relax and enjoy.”
