• Beautiful beach and pool area, large airy lobby, friendly staff, theme restaurants adequate.
• Room was dark, dingy, musty, rock hard bed and pillows. Buffet food was bad.

“Definitely not a five or four star, three at best. There are no motorized or non-motorized water sports as advertised, no exercise gym, radios or in-room movies. There is a fee for the safe deposit boxes and there is a huge charge to use the in-room phones. Musty smell around piano bar. Hotel is located about 10-20 minutes away from the main hotel strip, which is both a plus and a minus. The hotel is on a rather steep hill, which isn't a problem when walking down to the street to catch a bus - however, upon returning, the climb up is daunting. They provide cheesy entertainment nightly at the pool and as the hotel encircles the pool, you hear it whether you want to or not. The pool area remains LOUD and noisy until very early in the morning. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.”

• Rooms are musty dark, hard mattresses, food is bad, noisy at night

“I can't believe this hotel rated five stars, I would not stay there again. The hotel obviously caters to a college age crowd as there was loud music and a raucous partiers at the pool area every night until early hours of the morning. Although there were families with young children staying there also, management did nothing to try to keep the noise level to a reasonable level. We were also incessantly harassed by high pressure time share salespeople at the hotel. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”
