• The look of the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. The staff was attentive.
• Too far away from things. This hotel is located at the far end of Cancun and you have to pay a lot in cab fare or walk a great distance to get to things. There is no beach front. You have to walk to different hotels to get to a beach.

“The hotel was ok. I stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and again in March with my family and a lot has changed in 20 years. The elevators are very slow (and not enough of them). The lack of beach is a very negative part of the hotel. The service (one waiter) at the pool is not good service. I had an apointment one day for a pedicure and they over booked my apt. and told me I'd have to make another apt. for another day. The bagels in the walk in restaurant were awful. The weather was great.”
