• The daily maid service was very good, hotel was very clean. Walking distance to shopping.
• No room service, room was not complete. I expected a lot more from an all-inclusive.

“The hotel was definitely clean, the overall staff very friendly except for the people at the front desk. They were very cold and unwelcoming. Found out later that you needed to slip the guy at the front desk some cash if you wanted an upgrade. I heard people complain about food, but it was okay with me, although there wasn't a lot of assortment, what was there was pretty good. What I didn't like was the room. It was nice and clean, but the suite that was supposed to have a kitchenette only had a fridge and nothing else. And what is the point of an all-inclusive if you can't bring it to your room. There was no room service and they gave you a hard time if you wanted to take food up to your room. With small kids, you can' always make it to the restaurant. Make sure that before you check out, that you have your final meal first. Once they cut off your wrist band, you're not allowed anything. We asked if we could have lunch first and they said as they snipped off the bands, "No, time's up".”
