• The best thing was the Strip Mall next door with a convenience store, Asian restaurants and bakery.
• The room was tiny and rundown, the lock did not work, the court and city view was actually a strip mall. Parking lot.

“Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Having a restaurant and bar which where empty make it 4 star? It is an old hotel that has been updated. The outside and lobby are okay, but the rooms are like a cheap motel. It was tiny, rundown, and dated. It says 2 King size beds, but they only have Queen and single. The lock did not work. The best thing was the Strip Mall next door. It had a convenience store, bakery, liquor store and several Asian restaurants. Oh, it did have free parking!”

• First impressions were the location eas not great but found out very soon south bank is perfect location.

“The hotel did not look impressive from the outside but once inside is very nice. Not plush but very clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and the whole ambience was very good. Only 5 minutes walk to South bank gardens and the street beach. Water ferries are a good way to get around Brissy.”
