“Loved how easy it was to get to this hotel by train from Amsterdam. Also, the hotel is very central to all the nice things to do in the city.”

“Although the experience was nice, I know room views can't always be good, looking to the roof of a worn out building is just not acceptable. The overall feeling of the public areas were really professional and welcoming at the same time.”

“Sheraton Brussels is conveniently located near the Noord Train Station. It is approximately a mile from the main tourist area. Public transportation is very nearby. Hotel lobby is very nice with free internet/computers in the lobby. Rooms are very large (especially for European standards), but the furniture and bathroom fixtures are somewhat outdated. Very clean, would have liked to be closer to the city center.”

“Avoid this hotel, if you can possibly do so. Front desk staff was very unfriendly and unaccommodating, there is no choice for breakfast except a buffet which costs over $40. Parking is also outrageous at $42 a day. Decor looks like hotel has not been renovated since 25 years. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.”

“This hotel is definitely not 4 star! There was not even a coffee pot in the room. When I questioned the staff about this and told them that every Marriott and Hilton offers one, they rudely told me, well, this is not Marriott, this is a Sheraton. Staff is totally uncaring and cold. There was no breakfast menu; only buffet which costs over $40. Parking was also over $40 per night. Avoid this hotel.”

“It is located centrally and is close to the train station, grocery store and Grand Place. Overall, no major complaints, although there was a slight problem with the free internet at times.”

“The rooms were large, very well appointed. Very clean. The only negative thing is that there are lots of businesses selling adult material around the hotel. So it's not good to walk around there with small children. It's right in front of the Rogier Metro station. So that's very convenient too.”

“Hotel is centrally located in an area with very good access to trains and airport. There is a great Turkish restaurant located across the street and is only a 15 minute walk to central Brussels.”

“Great hotel, huge double rooms with two double beds, as opposed to the standard 2-twin beds found throughout the rest of Europe, plus free internet. Good location, near metro, about a 15 minute walk to Grand Place. Did not particularly enjoy the outrageous prices for some things we asked for i.e. 200ml bottle of sprite for 4euro, 4 euros for a bucket of ice!”

“Hotel was overall excellent. More of a business hotel; it is north of the city center. There is a supermarket which is close and convenient. I was happy with the hotel at its price. Fairly close to a tram/metro station as well as Bruxelles Nord train station.”

“The staff was incredibly accommodating. It is within a 3 minute walk of the Brussels Noord train/bus terminal and 50 meters from the closest local bus stop. It is across the street from the shopping district, with plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Would definitely recommend.”

“The hotel has a very busy front desk with courteous staff. The hotel room was a nice size. The bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning does not work when it is warm outside. I would never stay at this hotel unless it was cold outside. It was a horrible experience!”

“Beautiful hotel centrally located! Would recommend to anyone. Be sure to check out the workout area and pool, if nothing else for the view! The staff was helpful and friendly, although the computers continued to go off line and were unable to connect to the internet frustrating.”

“The Sheraton can best be described as a business hotel. Given this, I am not sure why they do not provide free wireless internet in the rooms, as many hotels do. Instead, the hotel charges sky high fees - 24 euros for 24 hours! Further, the Brussels Sheraton does not even allow guests to access the internet in the lobby using their own laptops. Today, people like to remain connected even when they are on vacation. The Brussels Sheraton is not a place I would like to stay again, either on business or on vacation. While the staff was helpful and the location was great, this hotel remains rooted in the past.”

“Most professional staff. Great work-out facilities and rooftop pool overlooking the city of Brussels. Decor of the very spacious room perhaps outdated, but it sure didn't bother me. Could improve on acoustics -- one excitedly rowdy neighbor one night, not worth complaining about but still surprising. Use your own cell, telephone conversations from room extremely expensive (ran out of rented cell phone time and was I ever in for a surprise!) Wi-Fi in l
