• They sent me to a different hotel where my video camera was stolen from my own room.

• The pool.
• Ongoing construction.

“Ok, not great. Only 2 buffet restaurants were part of the all inclusive package. 1st night new were placed in a room overlooking major construction, hotel reluctantly let us change rooms. There were unexpected additional charges.”

“Oasisbeach was beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was overall, amazing. For those planning to head to the hotel, knowing some Spanish would be an asset since a lot of the staff do not speak very good English. This is a clean and nice hotel, I would definately recommend it, and I plan to stay there again when I go back to Cancun.”
