• Need to get up early to find a place in the shadow by the pool or beach.

• Good workers around hotel.
• Very poor food. No bottled water. All inclusive with no bottled water.

“Beware, this place bugs you about time share. Food is bad. No taste. No bottled water. Very slippery are around this place. My wife fell down 5 steps. Our 3 rooms had no air and smelt like sewer. No refunds. Waiters, bell hops and workers are great but management is very hard to deal with. Stay away.”

• It was a relaxing and fun time.
• It was a long walk with many stairs to go from place to place.

• Too much construction noise nearby.

“The hotel was older, but nice. A lot of amenities were still unavailable after hurricane damage, but the hotel offered to let guests use their sister property and had shuttle service every 30 minutes between the two properties. They're making the best of the situation, but they still have quite a bit to go before they can say they've recovered from the damages of hurricane Wilma.”

• Ocean.
• No balconies, time share people bugging you.

“The resort was nice, except there was only one pool open, and two buildings. I did not like that there was no balconies in the rooms in the building, except if you owned a time share you were in the building with one. The time share people were always trying to get you to go through the time share. did not like that at all, also I expected more to be open. (more restaurants and bars).”

• very clean. staff fantastic, excellent food .
• none worth a mention really.

“first visit to mexico.wont be our last!! excellent value for money in every way. staff were amazing and our maid was just lovely and so very helpful. I took ill with a heart attack and the hotel did everything they could to make the rest of my stay wonderful. cannot praise the hotel enough.”

• They were painting in the room next to us, which made our room smell like paint

“We stayed here through APPLEVACATIONS on our honeymoon, great place, clean ( that was my big thing) friendly, they have different restaurants to eat at right there at the hotel, friendly staff, very helpful, Can't wait to go back... we would diffently stay here again..The last day of our vacation, we woke up to paint smell in our room because they were renovating the room next to us, and of course no hot water, so no shower on the way home,, but my husband did call down to front desk, and they got our hot water on right as we were leaving out the door, other than that freak one time thing,,, we LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!”
