  • Great view of beach and pool.
  • Staff was unwilling to accommodate in additional fees.

“The Manager was disrespectful and chose to laugh at us in front of other guests because he knew that we needed a room to get cleaned up. We had no choice to another hotel because they would not give us our money back. This was a terrible experience for my family!”
