• Great location.
• Pricey.

“We changed rooms twice, the first time because there was too much noise from the elevators, and the second time because the room only had twin beds. Many or most of the rooms have twin beds, which is common in Amsterdam, but our 3rd room, which required an upgrade fee, at least had the twin beds semi-attached to each other. The CD player in this room didn't work right, but we weren't about to move again. The breakfast is reasonable, but you don't find out about the 17.50 euro per person charge until checkout (14 if you reserve the night before). The staff was friendly and responsive for the most part, and I would consider staying there again, but would ask for an 'upgraded' room from the start.”
