• Clean, AC, convenient to tram, helpful staff.
• Food services were limited during day.

“Picturesque in old fort or structure. Clean, helpful staff but not lots of sightseeing info. Air conditioned. Safe in room but instructions were incorrect in English. Very adequate place - coming off jet lag found food cafes, food service limited availability.”

• Staff were helpful with directions.
• Not very clean, too expensive.

“I visited here for two nights upon leaving Spain. The location is good for it is close to the bus station and you can walk to main attractions. However, I would give the hotel low ratings. I don't wish to bash the place, it was okay. Here is why: dead bugs on the ceiling, dirty carpet, moderately dirty walls with chipped paint, mold on bathroom tile; the bar was understaffed and even to pay for 2 drinks I had to stand there for literally 15 minutes; simply things like trash left in the patio area was not cleaned. Overall the staff were helpful and we rested well, but this was the most expensive hotel we had while in Spain and we were glad to leave it.”
