• Panoramic view of the hills in the restaurant.
• Handy Location but near the railway station.

• English speaking reception staff.
• The beds, and a bit expensive; but, so is everything in BarceloNA

“I didn't like the fact that the rooms were furnished with two twin size beds instead of two queen or full sized beds. They were very clean, very modern/contemporary. The linens were rather cheap given the star rating the hotel has. The vision restaurant has an excellent view of the city and the breakfast was wonderful. We went out in the city for evening meals, but I wouldn't expect less from the offerings at dinner. English speaking reception staff was a big help for us!”

• Large room and bathroom.
• Maintenance issues in room were not corrected after request to staff.

“Large, modern hotel near major train station in Barcelona. Note: this hotel is NOT in the city center, but it can be accessed in 25 min by metro. Current construction in area makes pedestrian traffic to hotel difficult. Room was one of the largest in Europe with sleek, modern furnishings. Bathroom was also large with full size tub, double shower, 2 sinks.”

• Excellent bathroom facilities, cleanliness

“I was disappointed that the swimmimg pool, spa and gymnasium were unavailable in the hotel despite the fact that they are advertised on the website and in hotel brochure, one of the reasons we chose the hotel was for these facilities.”

• The accommodation was excellent and it was modern and comfortable. The staff were helpful and all had excellent english.
• The restaurant on the 23rd floor was a bit of a disappointment, very slow and not great cuisine.

“The location of the hotel was excellent from the point of view of access to trains and tourist attractions. We didn't like the ramblas area of the city, very unsafe. The Port is excellent for nightlife and if you are a seafood lover you'll be in heaven. The rest of the city was very beautiful and the bus turistique is a great way to get from one attraction to the other. Works by Gaudi were a sight to behold and well worth a visit. Most hotels will direct you to Avenue Diagonal for shopping, all I can say is rip-off street. Instead travel to a shopping mall call Gran Via 2 or Lelia. Both have a huge amount of shops and facilities. We had a wonderful time and hope whoever reads this does too. Sarah and Carl, Ireland”

• sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, hervorragende Aussicht aus Restaurant in oberstem Stockwerk
• Einfahrt zur (kostenlosen) Parkm'glichkeit unter dem Hotel ist schwer zu finden

“Von Valencia aus mit dem Auto kommend war das Hotel leicht aufzufinden (was mit der knapp gehaltenen Wegbeschreibung im Internet nicht unbedingt zu erwarten war). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Mein Zimmer war im 22. Stock und erm'glichte einen wundersch'nen Ausblich nber Barcelona.”
