- Clean and tidy rooms, food was good, Service was very good, staff very helpful;
- No free parking and having to pay for the safe in the room.
“My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable, the discription on the internet said parking, which was not the case however if i new that parking was somewhere else i would not of spent 1hr looking in the area of the hotel.The bar was not open during the day so coffee had to be obtained on the 26 floor and as i was not allowed to drink it there i had to bring the coffee down to the lobby and drink there.I would reccomend opening the bar in the lobby and advertise localy to make it pay.Apart from this i felt the staff and hotel operation was very good”
