“We arrived on the 30th June 2008, staying for 7 days. We were staying in the Ocas, which at first we were slightly disappointed about, in reflection we were the better off. We discovered that the Pelicanos restaurant could be a bit of a nightmare queuing for most meals etc. - we had no problems always got a table without any hassles. The food was just O.K. Breakfasts were fine with plenty choices. Dinner was a bit dull - nothing ever stood out, but we must say it was all edible. The Ocas pool, even though it was a lot smaller than the Pelicanos pool, was ideal. We always managed to get loungers no matter what time of day you arrived. the only down side was that they don't tell you that the loungers are all packed away at 5 pm, to make room for all the tables and chairs to be set out for the night time entertainment, so if you are enjoying some late afternoon sun you are told to move! The entertainment in the hotel was really good at night.”

“We really enjoyed our holiday. We stayed in the Ocas, the smaller of the two but could use all the facilities of the Pelicans. Both hotels were excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the beach although you don't need to go there because they have several pools. The main pool is FABULOUS! The food was great! So much choice. If you are going half board you can choose to have your second meal at lunchtime or in the evening. The only down side to this is that for the first week we were there, we were told to go to the Pelicans for lunch as the Ocas wasn't open but during the second week, we were told to have lunch in the Ocas. The Ocas restaurant is fine but after having meals in the Pelicans, where there is more choice and an Italian corner, my son was miffed because he couldn't have Pizza any more! The indoor bar in the Ocas wasn't open at all while we were there but the outdoor bar was good. The bar staff weren't as friendly as they could have been, I felt. Just to let you know, the lifts are now being updated. They had been done in the Pelicanos and were being done in the Ocas. Very smart silver ones! We would definitely go there again!”

“Hotel is in a good location and is kept clean. The lifts are an absolute nightmare. They do not accept you wearing shorts to go and have dinner, even though it is still very hot at 8:00 and it is only a self service buffet. While i was there a lot of customers were sent away because they had shorts on. I do not mind dressing up for dinner, but i do not want to dress up to go into a cafeteria.
I would never stay there again.”
