• Staff extremely friendly and accommodating, everything I needed I got easily.
• Needs a slight face, lift on the outside.

“This was a much better hotel than I expected to get for the price I was given. The location was great, the shuttle to the airport was quick and on-time and the driver was extremely helpful. Desk staff was very nice and switched my room immediately when I found a small leak in my bathroom. The room itself was gorgeous, a comfortable bed, a beautiful shower, and a nice view around the hotel. This was a great buy and I will definitely come back again.”

• The atmosphere and food in the restaurant was good.
• The english breakfast was overpriced and the food was very dry (under hotlamps for long).

“Although staff service and food in the hotel was good, the hotel was let down by the standard of the room. The room was small, but adequate. The bathroom was very small, almost claustrophobic. The bath and shower would not have suited anyone taller than 6ft or 1.8m (headroom was restricted by a low ceiling). The bed was on wheels and moved when you sat up in bed to, say, watch TV. This turned out to be very annoying, and requires attention. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. I can only summise that they had a better room than the one I was in.”

“La verdad es que tanto como en precio como en bienestar, estuvo muy bien este hotel. Me pareci= muy acogedor y los empleados fueron muy amables tambiTn. No tengo nada negativo que decir.”

• shabby small room.on second floor lift not working.musty smell in hallway.etc

“hotel was sold as airport hotel in fact it was 15 mins away from airport,a bit of a con!!!!!!!! for price paid. hotel was more of a back street hotel in poor area of a city. one learns from ones mistakes!!”

• Quiet, clean room, was only there a few hours.

“I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW THAT THE TAXIS WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME A LOT OF MONEY WHICH WAS QUITE UNWARRANTED.”

• Unkempt, unclean, unsafe, poorly maintained, poor service, cramped room, horrible food. Management not receptive to complaint.

“Hotel chain in financial problems. Just been bought out by larger group who intend to inject much needed investment. Mainly used by people taking advantage of holiday parking deal if staying overnight before/after their flights from Manchester Airport.”

• Close to the airport, airport shuttle
• Not enough restaurants available without having to hire transportation

“I think I was provided enough information and I cannot think of anything I would have needed to know that I did not know from booking the hotel online.”

• rooms were very good and staff very helpful
• parking was poor as we had to park up lane way to the sise of the hotel

• Good location
• Poorly signed - appear more interested in advertising leisure club than hotel. Crowded with holidaymakers. Pool small. No lift to upper floor.

“Better details of leisure facilities would have been useful.

Hotel needs to sort its sign-posting off main roads.

Staff efficient.”
