• Location.
• Carpets were very old and dirty.

“This hotel was 5star at one point but they have not renovated for a long time which it needs.”

• Room decor was beautiful-- even a live plant in the room! Only negative was the rather small room size though the bathroom was spacious.
• Small room.

“Great hotel with excellent location within easy walk to Stephansplatz. Lobby is small though lots of marble and reception desk is such that the staff is standing about 10" higher than you-? closet space is great, no problem w the room whatsoever (i.e.-drains, water pressure, etc).”

• The price of the room was very reasonable.
• doorman was in a constant conversation with other employees and was disinterested in the guests.

• Centrally located and very convenient.
• Stuffy staff; stuffy rooms.

“In need of serious overhaul and upgrading. Rely on the fact that they're so centrally located. The service is not particularly friendly or helpful. While smoking versus non-smoking is offered, there really isn't a noticeable difference. The stale cigarette smoke hangs heavy in the air and in the ventilation system. Makes the hotel feel grimier that it probably is. Probably does not merit a 5-star rating.”

• Internet access fees were reasonable, not gouging like other hotels.
• No windows or obvious ventilation in the bathrooms.
